Contract
•Contracts of 3, 6 and 12 months (shorter terms are negotiable).

Deadline
•All artwork must be supplied 15 days prior to posting.

Payments
•Convenient payment plan available.
•One month deposit, and art set up cost required with finalized agreement.
•Large Ad campaigns payable in full, and in advance.

Deposit
A one month deposit is required to secure placement, which is applicable to the last month of service upon signing of advertising agreement.

Cancellation
Advertiser may only cancel a contractual agreement on 60 days written notice. In the event of such a cancellation, an advertiser who has been granted a discount agrees to pay an adjustment to the rate applicable to the number of insertions used.

• Ready-to-print digital art on disk supplied by advertisers is subject to a $50 set up charge.
